Whether you're staying overnight or using the facilities for a meeting or social gathering, you may expect to enjoy the following:

  • Full kitchen equipped with residential size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a separate deep freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal.  Essential cookware, dishes, glassware, and flatware are yours to use, as well as a full size washing machine and dryer, if needed.

  • Enjoy complimentary coffee complete with creamer and sweetener.

  • Six centrally heated and cooled bedrooms with private bathrooms.  The bathrooms for four of the bedrooms were the original coat closets during school days.  You'll see high ceilings and original wood in these rooms.  Really interested?  Visit our Before and After page.

  • A Boot Room for storage of hunting gear.  Hang up your waders and stow your shotgun after a great day of hunting in famous southeast Arkansas.

  • A gas fireplace providing both heat and ambience.
Cozy up and thaw out your toes!

  • A charcoal grill and bonfire ring.  It's become kind of a tradition around here to gather up around the bonfire in the evenings to relax, visit and maybe roast a marshmallow.

Your comfort is our goal.  We welcome special requests!
